Position will provide instruction for Blackhawk Technical College’s Nursing Assistant program. Duties include full teaching responsibilities (including class preparation, assessment of student learning, etc.) for the Nursing Assistant courses that meet the demands of the occupations for which students are preparing.
Position will provide coverage for instruction at our Monroe Campus and K-12 partners in Green and Rock County. Anticipate 75% of instructional assignment will be in Green County.

The Respiratory Therapy Instructor teaches credit courses within the Respiratory Therapy (RT) Associate Applied Science (AAS) degree program on the Beloit-Janesville Campus. The instructor will develop a WTCS-aligned curriculum and teach courses utilizing the Learning Management System, Blackboard Ultra. The instructor is responsible for providing an active learning environment to enable students to demonstrate course competencies. The instructor creates a student-centered learning environment that places learning at the center of educational experiences, while developing an environment that is respectful of diversity.

Blackhawk Technical College is seeking a qualified candidate to provide part-time Basic Skills Instruction in Reading, Language, Math and/or Employability Skills within our Learning Support Division. Instruction could be at our any campus location or outreach sites.

The Air Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration Instructor teaches credit courses within the Air Conditioning, Refrigeration Associates Degree Program as part of an instructional team at the Innovative Manufacturing Education Center on the Central Campus in Janesville. Instruction is provided utilizing flexible formats that meet the educational needs of students, business and industry. This position collaborates with employers, provides oversight of program part-time (adjunct) faculty, and is a member of the Manufacturing, Apprenticeship, Technology and Transportation (MATT) Division faculty.

Qualified instructors will work in Workforce and Community Development Division (WCD) to deliver corporate training in grant writing to employees or trainees of business and industry, government, and community-based partners. Training may be delivered as stand-alone workshops, seminars, or in series that spans a period of time. Training may be done independently or require collaboration with other WCD Corporate Trainers. Training may be facilitated on campus or at various training sites within the district.

Blackhawk Technical College is currently seeking to engage Part-time Nursing Instructors into our Associate Degree of Nursing Program to support clinical instruction. Class assignments and locations may vary from term to term. The instructor may be asked to teach at various clinical sites within the district.

Position will provide instruction to the Truck Driving program by assisting with over the road, practice range, and classroom experiences associated with corporate driver training, continuing education and all students taking truck driving related coursework. The instructor must demonstrate a proficiency in skills as they relate to the operations of Class A (CDL-A) commercial vehicles and straight truck Commercial Driver’s License and Class B (CDL-B).
